Safe Foods

Although these foods are listed as 'safe' please be careful in the amount given to your hamster.  Some foods are high in naturally occuring sugar, salt or water, all of which can make your hamster sick.

Start out with very small amounts, to see if you hamster will have a reaction to them.  Some wet foods can cause diarrhoea, those high in salt and sugar can cause you hamster to drink more.
